Following the unprecedented success of our sheltered housing project,we have decided to build 11 further apartments in the new Block F to cater for the increasing demand.These apartments will be one two and three bedrooms with the top floor comprising of two three bedroom penthouses with large verandahs offering stunning sea views.The apartments in this new block can be bought or rented as sheltered housing or just purchased as a holiday home.
Short term plans include building partnerships with like minded organisations to promote the sheltered housing scheme and further investing in technology to improve the quality of life for the sheltered residents.
Longer term plans include the continuing purchase of quality plots of land to build luxury apartment complexes and an expansion into the upcoming Polis/Latchi area where seafront plots are still available at reasonable prices.
